Title of Position – General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager must ensure we are giving none other than stellar guest service, 100% of the time! This person will oversee the day-to-day shifts, labor, guest service and sanitation. The General Manager will oversee the team by selecting, hiring, training and managing all servers. The General Manager will mentor the service staff by leading by example and understand and enforcing all the companies’ specifications and procedures. The right General Manager will build guest check averages and guest counts to support sales and will provide open lines of communication with the other members of the Management Team.

Qualifications:

·       3+ years’ experience as a General/FOH Manager in a high-volume environment

·       Computer knowledge in Excel, Windows, POS, etc

·       Must be trustworthy and team oriented

·       Should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
