Title of Position: Restaurant Front of House Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant FOH Manager will oversee the entire operations of the restaurant. Building a dedicated team of professionals through recruitment, training, mentoring and development and must be able to lead their team by example following policies, procedures, and our companies' values. The FOH Manager should have a strong knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting and analysis. The person in this position must be able to control costs and build profit levels while staying focused on providing excellent customer service. He/she must be able to communicate efficiently with the rest of their management team in addition to hourly staff members. The FOH Manager must be able to compliment the General Manager in his role, to work jointly towards profit and guest service.

Qualifications:

·       Must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years

·       A passion for mentoring and developing others
