Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail environments – preferably overseeing single to multi-unit concepts 
• A degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred but not required
• The Restaurant Manager must have experience with P&L analysis
• The Restaurant Manager must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• The Restaurant Manager must be able to work varied hours including days/nights/weekends/holidays & during inclement weather conditions
