Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant’s operations. To be successful you must first build an exceptional team, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff. The ideal candidate must be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. Administrative duties include but are not limited to writing schedules, strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, as well as delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of high-volume restaurant experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• 3+ years of BOH experience preferred
• Ability to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction
• Proven success in achieving solid financial results
• A true desire to mentor and develop others
