Title of Position - Restaurant Assistant Manager 

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant Manager should fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guideline, and training programs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure that all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, gracious, and considerate service always. Administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers and be in direct contact with the Restaurant General Manager on a daily.

 Qualifications

• A minimum of two years, current, salaried management experience in a high-volume ($3 million-plus) restaurant
• Proven success in leading teams, providing outstanding guest and team member experiences, and running a profitable business.
