Title of Position – Assistant Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Manager has responsibility for our operation when they’re on duty, from supervising staff to ensuring happy customers and product quality. Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume, faced-paced environment
• Must have P&L knowledge
• Must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
• A true desire to mentor and develop others
• Strong Back of House experience a plus!
