Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: The Executive Chef leads a team filled with culinary professionals that set high standards, produce delicious dishes, all while following strict food safety guidelines. The Executive Chef will play an important role in establishing top line sales and guest counts by providing an exceptional guest experience. The right candidate will support the culinary growth of their team to ensure menu items are always executed with finesse. Along with team development and motivating, the Executive Chef will be able to communicate effectively with vendors to acquire the freshest ingredients at the best prices possible, be able to perform cost analysis and have a firm understanding of P&L.

Qualifications:

·        Must have high volume restaurant experience of at least 3 years in similar role

·        A passion for mentoring and developing others

·        Must have a firm understanding of P&L and have a solid track record in achieving financial results

·        Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
