Qualifications:

·       A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail environments – preferably overseeing single to multi-unit concepts

·       A degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred but not required

·       Must have experience with P&L analysis

·       Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
