Title of Position - Kitchen Manager

Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager you will be held accountable for outstanding food quality and ensuring a professional environment for the culinary staff. Our Kitchen Manager will possess great attention to detail and ensure that all food is prepared according to high standards put in place by the Executive Chef. The Kitchen Manager will demonstrate excellent culinary skills and the ability to train kitchen personnel to mirror such qualities. The ability to take control of any position in the kitchen is crucial as our Kitchen Manager. Working closely with the Executive Chef you’ll also learn the ins and outs of the BOH administrative functions such as kitchen labor control, product ordering and cost control. Understanding event catering and banquet service is preferred but not essential. A passionate Kitchen Manager with the ability to educate as well as build new skills will succeed and prosper within our company.

Qualifications:

·        Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus

·        3+ years’ experience of culinary management is a must for this position

·        A solid track record is achieving financial results

·        Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction

·        Should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
