Title of Position- Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description: As our Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for helping in overseeing all front of the house operations. Recruiting, training, and developing the staff will be expected of our managers. A welcoming and professional atmosphere will be ensured. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll create a pleasant working environment focused on teamwork and remain positive and professional at all times. Qualifications:

• The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the AGM
• As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the AGM
• The AGM must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
