Title of Position - Reservations Manager 

Job Description: The Reservations Manager will oversee the Front Office team and be trained in all areas of the hotel’s operation. The Reservations Manager will ensure top level cleanliness throughout the entire hotel as well as compliance of health and safety standards. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for cultivating a quality team through hiring, training, development, and coaching, and will be creating and maintaining weekly schedules for staff. This position will also be responsible for maintaining monthly reports, managing monthly expenses, and responding to guest related compliments or concerns as needed. The Reservations Manager will maintain good relations with all guests and know procedures for our VIP’s while keeping a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

 Qualifications: 

• The Reservations Manager must have exceptional customer service skills and strong oral communication and interpersonal skills 
• The Reservations Manager must have strong attention to detail 
• The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a must for the Reservations Manager 
• The Reservation Manager is preferred to have at least three years’ experience in the hospitality industry, leadership experience is also preferred
• The Reservations Manager must have open availability
• Communicating in the primary language of the hotel at all times is a must of the Reservations Manager
