Become an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Up and Coming Michigan Brand in Southwest Michigan!!!!

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in helping lead our established Michigan brand. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of the restaurant and providing guidance to staff members to ensure that goals are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing food safety and quality control, creating schedules, managing finances, and handling customer service issues. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for enhancing the overall dining experience by ensuring that all guests have a pleasant visit and also advancement opportunities for any managers looking to fast track into a Restaurant Manager in the near future.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000

Job Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience required. 

• Ability to lead a team of employees while maintaining excellent customer service standards. 

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once. 

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures preferred. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
