Job Description

The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fine-dining restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, creating budgets and financial reports, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, overseeing food preparation processes to ensure quality control, scheduling staff to cover shifts when necessary, and complying with health and safety regulations.


The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They should be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. The candidate must also have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant service standards. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
