Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining quality restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the success of the restaurant. You will act as a role model, displaying professional conduct towards both customers and staff. Your duties will include overseeing upgrading operations, maintaining quality products and services according to company standards and policies, and managing the profit and loss (P&L) statement. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting outstanding team members, as well as ensuring their retention.
