Ideal person would have independent hotel General Manager experience preferably with a historic property!

Our Hotel General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through members of the hotel team. The Hotel General Manager will ensure staff received proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The Hotel General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance. The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. The Hotel General Manager will be a role model for our team, and able to motivate and lead them to provide the best experience for our guests!

Qualifications:

• The Hotel General Manager must have a minimum of five years of related experience and training within the hospitality industry; Full-Service Hotel Property experience is required.
• Must be able to relocate to Estes Park, CO to be considered for this Hotel General Manager position.
• The Hotel General Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
• The Hotel General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to all areas of the operation.
• The Hotel General Manager should have a history of achieving solid financial results.
• The Hotel General Manager must possess leadership qualities and have strong communication skills.
