Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a food service supervisor in a restaurant is a must for the Restaurant Manager role.
• The Restaurant Manager must possess a true desire to mentor and develop others.
• Proficiency in achieving solid financial results for the organization is required.
• The Restaurant Manager should have a strong guest orientation and demonstrate the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
