Title of Position – Restaurant Manager

 The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all daily functions of the restaurant. 

1. Ensuring guest satisfaction in addition to maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere for the hourly personnel will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager. 
2. It’s essential for the Front of House Manager to lead by example and ensure compliance with company standards and policies as well as state a health regulation. 
3. The Restaurant Manager must maintain an open line of communication between hourly personnel and the General Manager. 
4. The Front of House Manager will show enthusiasm and desire to grow and expand knowledge of administrative functions to maintain the restaurants profitability. These functions will include but are not limited to controlling food and labor costs, vendor communications, scheduling and P&L budgeting. 
5. The Restaurant Manager must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise during any shift. 
6. The ideal Restaurant Manager has the ability to think quickly and solve problems in a hectic environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a salaried restaurant manager in a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Casual dining restaurant 
• Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• The Restaurant Manager should have a proven track record of achieving financial results
• The Restaurant Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest orientated philosophy
